What is Field Service Dispatching?

The process where a company sends an engineer, specialist, or technician to fix a problem and/or provide a solution to the customer is known as dispatching. Dispatching is one of the three core processes of any field service management software. The other two features of the software are scheduling and managing service for the field technicians.
