A commercial transaction that takes place between a business and consumer is known as Business to Consumer or B2C. This is different from a Business to Business or B2B order fulfillment in that it caters to the customer directly.
Pricing for B2C orders is pre-set by the company with no variation and is not complex like B2B orders which are high in value and often recurring.
