One hour of insights and anecdotes on thriving as a founder in the modern-day workplace
1st NOVEMBER, 2021
7:00 PM IST
The corporate work culture is undergoing a major transformation. The combination of social change in people’s attitudes towards work, combined with the freedom and flexibility that comes with technology and the internet, is confronting archaic workplace and management practices head-on. There is more focus on team culture and employee wellness more than ever. Undoubtedly there are challenges as well, but this is the new reality of work.
Today founders have to play an active role in ensuring their organizations and startups are successful beyond product or service, and capital. We invite you to join us in conversation with Amit Ranjan as he and our CEO, Nishith Rastogi, discuss building a successful modern-day workplace and what it’s like to be a new-age founder.
Having a ‘Founder Mindset’ & why it is important
Building tight-knit, high-performing teams
Driving diversity and maintaining culture
Common challenges faced by new-age entrepreneurs
Managing difficult conversations with team members
Building leadership confidence in stressful times
