CEVA Logistics

Take on nearly 3x the contract logistics without tripling the planning desk

When FedEx Supply Chain joins CEVA, every new client’s freight needs a mode, a carrier, and an invoice check. Your planners set the rules for each client, and Locus Agents make the decisions.

What FedEx Supply Chain adds to CEVA in North America, per the July 1, 2026 announcement.

Bringing FedEx Supply Chain into CEVA means choosing the carriers and systems the combined network runs on. Keep today’s transport setup by default, and the planning work grows with every client you add.

Three things to get right while the two networks come together

01

Write each client’s rules once

Each client joining from FedEx Supply Chain brings its own carriers, service levels, and cutoffs. Write them into one routing guide that every warehouse ships by, and adding a client takes one setup for the whole network.

02

Choose the mode for every shipment

When parcel is planned apart from LTL and FTL, a 12-carton order still ships as parcel, even when one LTL pallet would cost less. Price each shipment on all three contract rates, and let weight, dim weight, transit time, and accessorials decide the mode.

03

Size the planning desk to the exceptions

When planners key every load tender, the desk grows with every shipment. Send them only what falls outside a client’s rules, such as a mode change the client hasn’t approved or an invoice that doesn’t match the contract.

How Locus Agents run all three across CEVA’s combined network

A new client live without a services project

Your team sets each client’s carriers, modes, service levels, and cutoffs once, and Locus Agents apply them at every warehouse.

Parcel, LTL, and FTL in one decision

For every shipment, Locus Agents weigh parcel, LTL, and FTL against that client’s rules, then pick the carrier on rates, service levels, and on-time performance. When a new client brings a carrier you don’t use yet, it goes live in hours.

Your planners see only the exceptions

Planners stop keying load tenders one shipment at a time. Locus Agents make each decision inside your rules, and send your team only the ones that fall outside them.

Your existing systems stay. Locus Agents make the transport decisions.

Step 1

Orders come in

Orders and shipments arrive by API from your WMS, ERP, and order systems.

Step 2

Locus Agents decide

Mode, carrier, tender, and invoice check on every shipment, inside each client’s rules.

Step 3

Decisions go out

Tenders go to your carriers, status goes back to your systems, and your clients keep the tracking they use today.

Pickup-and-delivery routing

Keep your pickup-and-delivery routing where it runs today. For the sites joining from FedEx Supply Chain, Locus can plan the routes too.

Security

Your data sits in your own tenant, with each client’s data kept separate.

1

Recommend

Locus proposes the mode, carrier, and invoice decision. Your planners approve.

2

Shadow

Locus runs alongside today’s process on the same freight, so you can compare both.

3

Decide

Agents make the decisions inside your rules. Your team works the exceptions.

Pricing that doesn’t grow with every warehouse you add

Every warehouse and client you add lands on the software bill before it lands on the P&L. Locus prices on the units your operation already runs on.

Per shipment

The rate steps down as your volume grows.

Per trip or load

Priced on the trips and loads your desk already counts.

Flat network subscription

One fee for the network, whatever you add to it.

Outcome-based

Fees tied to savings measured on your own freight.
