The Locus Way

The "Sponsor" of "The Locus Way" contest (also referred to as “Logistics Challenge”) is the Mara Labs Inc (“Locus Group”). The Logistics Challenge begins on 28th June, 2021, and ends at 23:59 hours PST on 5th July 2021.

By participating in the Contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions as detailed below ("Official Rules") and the Sponsor's decisions, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Each participant is advised to read the Official Rules and the Privacy Note in detail prior to participating in the Logistics Challenge. The Official Rules form a binding contract between the Locus Group. Participation in the Logistics Challenge by an individual shall imply that such individual has read and accepted the Official Rules. If the terms are not acceptable, please do not participate in the Logistics Challenge.

Eligibility

The Logistics Challenge is open to legal residents of countries in continents Europe, North America, South America, Australia, and Asia except Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, who are 21 years and older provided that such individuals are eligible to enter into a legally binding contract as per the applicable laws in such countries. Locus affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, partners, resellers, advertising, and PR agencies are ineligible to enter the Logistics Challenge to win a prize. This Logistics Challenge is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is invalid where prohibited or restricted by law.

Contest Terms & Disqualification

Participants are permitted to play the Logistics Challenge multiple times. Each time a participant completes the Logistics Challenge, the Participant may either submit their entry or replay the game. The participant must share the challenge link once they complete it successfully in order to be eligible to win. In the event of submission of multiple entries, the correct entry submitted by the participant shall be considered for the Logistics Challenge. Locus Group reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify entrants if it determines that:

1. the participant has tampered with the Logistics Challenge entry or the logic of operation;
2. the participant fails to share the challenge link on social media;
3. the participant has violated the stated Official Rules of the Logistics Challenge;
4. the participant has broken any applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations;
5. the participant does not provide the requested assistance or information as may be reasonably required in a prompt manner for the Logistics Challenge and delivering the prizes.

At any given time during the active period of the Logistics Challenge, all the decisions of Locus Group shall be final and binding in all respects.

Prize

Participants who take part in the Logistics Challenge and also share the challenge link will stand a chance to win a $150 gift card. The Locus Group will award only one prize per participant and household. Accordingly, if multiple individuals from the same household participate in the Logistics Challenge, only one participant shall stand a chance to win the prize. If the participant to the Logistics Challenge fails to comply with the Official Rules, it will result in forfeiture of the prize.

It is hereby clarified that the participants are not required to pay any fee or purchase any product or service to participate in the Logistics Challenge.

Winner Selection

The Locus Group will analyze the entries to the Logistics Challenge, and by random drawing, select the winners of the prizes. The Locus Group will mention the winner selection process for the Logistics Challenge and the applicable prize(s) on Locus’ Social Media. The winners' prize(s) cannot be transferred, redeemed, or substituted for cash. Prize(s) must be accepted as awarded.

Winner Notification

The winners of the Logistics Challenge and the grand prize will be notified via an email, an announcement on Locus's LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter company pages within one (1) week from the date on which the Logistics Challenge ends.

For awarding the prizes, Locus Group shall collect the name and email address of the participant after the participant has completed the Logistics Challenge (“Participant Information”). Participant Information shall be used by the Locus Group in the manner as specified under the Privacy Note.

The winner announcement/notification will include information on how the winners can claim their prizes. If the participant fails to provide an accurate email address within ten (10) days from the date of the winner announcement will result in the forfeiture of the prize.

Locus Group is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s) or failure to adequately monitor their email account.

The email address provided by each potential winner will be used 'as is' for delivering the prizes.

Privacy Note

The Participant Information that the participant submits will be used by the Locus Group solely for the purpose of enabling participation in the Logistics Challenge, winner announcement and delivery of the respective prize. Participant Information shall be stored by the Locus Group for such period as it deems necessary and shall use the Participant Information to notify you of any new contests and campaigns that may be launched by the Locus Group in the future. If you do not wish to receive any communication from the Locus Group after the completion of the Logistics Challenge, you may write to marketing@locus.sh to unsubscribe.

If you send an e-card while participating in the Logistics Challenge, Locus Group will not store any personal information of the recipients of such e-card.

By entering the Logistics Challenge, you grant Locus Group the right to share your name, email address, and any other personally identifiable information with the third party entities purely for administration of the Logistics Challenge and prize fulfillment.

Participant Information provided by you is further subject to the privacy terms and conditions published at https://locus.sh/privacy-policy/ .

Limitations of Liability

By taking part in the Logistics Challenge, the participant agrees to release the Locus Group, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, team members, partners, and representatives from any responsibility, liabilities, claims, and actions of any kind whatsoever- damages, injuries, or losses to the person or property that may be sustained during the participation in the Logistics Challenge, e-card sharing, and prize collection. Locus Group shall not be liable to the participant for any claims by the participant in relation to the Logistics Challenge, its result or prizes awarded by the Locus Group. All decisions of the Locus Group in relation to the Logistics Challenge shall be final and binding.

Rights of Publicity

Provided the winner has permitted Locus Group to use the winners' name, personal information, and any statement made in connection with the Logistics Challenge or about Locus group, each prize winner grants the Locus Group the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use worldwide in any media for advertising and promotional purposes, in connection to the Logistics Challenge, without additional consideration.

General Contest Conditions

The Logistics Challenge will be governed, construed, and interpreted under the laws of India.

The Locus Group also reserves the right to cancel the Logistics Challenge or modify the dates during which the Logistics Challenge shall be live at any given time without any liability to the participants in the event of any force majeure events, including but not limited to act of the government or quasi-government agencies, changes in prevailing laws, crashing of computer systems or internet or any other circumstances that may arise that are beyond the reasonable control of the Locus Group.
